Brain
Our model was a young white boxer called Tuppy. He lived around the corner from our home. He liked to play with fox cubs that lived in a den under the shed in his garden. Tuppy’s owners told us that he would whine at the door to be let out to play with his foxy friends.

Hair
That’s a lot of wild hair and moustache to draw.
The Detail
We photograph the animals and then draw every other part of the design, each individual hair, item of clothing and piece of jewellery. Each character takes around 60 hours to complete.
